Graduate

With our Graduate programme there is the opportunity to experience rotations around key areas of our business to broaden your experience, ultimately giving you the knowledge you need to become a well-rounded accountant.

Our unique rotational programme provides you with new skills and the opportunity to showcase the skills you have learned from your time at university. It will give you the chance to network with your peers and find out if something really appeals to you that you might not have considered before. It will also equip you with the tools needed to apply your technical knowledge to get the best outcome for our clients – becoming a trusted advisor to many of the UKs leading SMEs.

Key to our graduate training programme is the investment in your Accountancy qualification process. We want you to succeed and we see you as a sound investment in our future. As such we will support you throughout your ICEAW (ACA) studies and our programme partners you up with a buddy – a newly qualified accountant, whose knowledge and experience will closely relate to yours, giving you better support throughout the qualifying process.
