School leaver
University isn’t right for everyone. If you have decided it isn’t the route you want to take, our school leaver trainee programme could be a good choice for you. You will study for an accountancy or tax qualification (CFAB / AAT / ATT and/or ACA), which typically takes five years to complete from start to finish.
Our apprentices receive:
Professional accountancy qualifications, fully sponsored with paid study time
A competitive starting salary with benefits package

We require a minimum of 112 (predicted) UCAS points in your top three A-Levels (or equivalent).

Applications should be submitted online, we will need a copy of your CV and details of your academic achievements to date. If you meet the academic criteria you will be invited to complete some online tests. The next stage is an in-person assessment centre where you will undertake further tests, followed by an interview with some of the team.

Graduate
For recent university graduates, we offer a structured graduate trainee programme that will take a minimum of three years to complete from start to finish. You will join one of our client facing teams and gain practical accountancy experience, whilst studying for your ACA qualification (plus your CTA if you join our Tax team).

Key to our graduate training programme is the investment in your Accountancy qualification process. We want you to succeed and we see you as a sound investment in our future. As such we will support you throughout your ICEAW (ACA) studies and our programme partners you up with a buddy – a newly qualified accountant, whose knowledge and experience will closely relate to yours, giving you better support throughout the qualifying process.
