Life at Price Bailey
Smart Working
We strongly believe that work should fit around our lives, not the other way around. Our Smart Working culture gives you the flexibility and choice to work when and where you want, as long as it doesn’t disrupt clients, the team, your supervisory duties or your studies. Whether you require early finishes for sports matches, need time to take your children to nursery in the morning or simply find that you are more productive working from home, our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and able to work at your best.
Awards
In recognition of Price Bailey’s commitment to its people, we have been awarded a Best Companies 2 Star accreditation for four years running, and in 2025 we were recognised by Best Companies as the 30th Best Large Company to Work For in the UK.
These awards show our commitment to developing our team members, but we also like to create a fun working environment, with social events organised throughout the year and a range of clubs across our offices, many of which were started by employees themselves.
Additionally, charitable giving and community engagement are key priorities at Price Bailey. Each office partners with a local charity, and staff actively support these organisations. Aside from the two paid volunteering days offered to our people each year, Price Bailey hosts an annual Charity Day that brings all staff together for fundraising activities to benefit our charity partners.
Wellbeing
Our active approach to wellbeing aims to provide Price Bailey and its people with the right tools and support to manage life’s ups and downs.
