Life at Price Bailey
Smart Working
We recognise that our people have lives outside of work. Our Smart Working culture means that you have flexibility to work when and where you want so long as it does not disrupt our clients, your supervision and study or your team. Whether you take part in a netball team and need to leave early for matches, you need to take your children to nursery or you simply need some time away from the office to concentrate – we want to make sure you’re comfortable working at your very best.
Awards
We hold a Best Companies 2 Star accreditation, which is in recognition of outstanding employee engagement and in 2023 we were recognised as a Best Large Company to Work For, placing 42nd as of the end of Q3. We also performed strongly in the following categories:
We also placed 20th in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2023.
These awards are a testament to our focus on people and talent development, but we also want to have fun. We organise a variety of social activities across the year and there are a number of clubs operating across the offices.
Charitable giving and community engagement is also a key focus and we have chosen Samaritans as our firm wide charity partnership for 2023/2024. We also encourage our people to get involved with local initiatives wherever possible.
