Accounts Semi Senior / Senior (Healthcare) (0454)
Make your career count
At Price Bailey, we provide opportunities for personal growth and career development while recognising that life extends beyond the workplace. Our Smart Working culture promotes flexibility around when and where you work, while maintaining excellent client service.
We are an independently owned firm of chartered accountants and business advisers, supporting a diverse range of entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses across the UK and internationally.
What do the team do?
Our Business team works closely with owner-managed businesses, providing accounting and tax support alongside the insight and advice they need to make informed decisions.
Recent client wins mean our specialist Healthcare team is growing, so the team is hiring into our Cambridge or Norwich office. Your clients will include GPs, dentists, consultants and private clinics. You'll work alongside the partner to deliver non-audit services to them, and you'll help shape and grow what we offer in the sector.

- Owning moderate to large accounts preparation assignments, including the tax computations.
- Working directly with clients to resolve more complex queries and recommend practical solutions.
- Supervising team members' work before it goes for manager review.
- Coaching junior colleagues and giving constructive feedback on their work and development.
- Managing assignments to agreed timeframes and budgets.

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:
- ACA or ACCA part or fully qualified (minimum criteria).
- Experience in a UK accountancy practice preparing statutory accounts and tax computations for healthcare clients (minimum criteria).
- Up to date working knowledge of VAT, including partial exemption.
- Client-facing experience.
- Experience with Sage, Xero and Quickbooks Online.
What's on offer?
