What do the team do?

Our Compliance team plays a vital role in supporting the firm, helping to ensure we meet our regulatory obligations and maintain the highest professional standards. The team works across a variety of areas including client onboarding, anti-money laundering (AML), data protection, company secretarial matters and wider compliance projects.

In this role you will support with client onboarding and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance activities, helping to ensure regulatory requirements are met. You will also assist with other compliance processes and have the opportunity to support with a range of departmental projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their compliance career to gain broad exposure to regulatory and risk activities within a professional services firm.

What will I be doing?

As a Compliance Support Administrator you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Conducting AML monitoring reviews to help ensure client records remain accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Reviewing client information to identify changes relating to ownership, business activities and risk profile.
  • Supporting with the onboarding of new clients, including the completion of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements.
  • Assisting with Persons with Significant Control (PSC) reviews, identifying and escalating any discrepancies.
  • Preparing clear and accurate reports for manager review.
  • Contributing to a variety of compliance projects and activities as required.

What experience do I need?

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

  • Experience working in a professional services firm (minimum criteria).
  • Prior experience working in an administration role (minimum criteria).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
  • Ability to use good judgement and initiative under own direction.
  • Applies a forward-thinking approach to technology, leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prior knowledge of AML and CDD requirements would be beneficial.
