What do the team do?

The Marketing and Business Development department at Price Bailey is a high-performing, collaborative team with a strong digital focus on driving high quality leads into the firm, building on our growing brand and reputation, and positioning the practice as thought-leaders within the industry.

We're looking for a creative and forward-thinking Content Executive to join our growing and dynamic Marketing team that is at the forefront of digital trends. This role is ideal for a content professional eager to shape the future of digital communication by combining human expertise and AI innovation. As an integral part of the team, you'll produce engaging content across multiple formats, leveraging your writing skills, research, and the use of AI tools to generate ideas, structure narratives, and increase search visibility and efficiency, without compromising on quality or tone. You'll work directly with senior people, clients, and cross-departmental teams to conduct interviews and deliver impactful messaging that supports our goals, drives leads and positions the firm as a thought leader across various sectors. This is a hands-on role offering strong opportunities for professional development as we continue to expand our digital content offering and explore the developing world of AI.

 

What will I be doing?

As a Content Executive you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Producing informative, accurate, and engaging content across multiple formats.
  • Using AI tools (e.g. CoPilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to assist with research, ideation, and initial drafting, while ensuring final content aligns with brand tone and our audience.
  • Conducting interviews with senior people to extract insights, thoughts and opinions and convert them into high-quality human-generated content.
  • Working with clients to generate valuable, authentic testimonials and case studies.
  • Researching industry trends and financial topics to inform content development and identify timely opportunities.
  • Working with our AI and Search team, apply Search and AI principles to ensure content is optimised for visibility and discoverability in SERPs and LLMs.

What experience do I need?

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

  • Degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Business or a related field (minimum criteria).
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published content (blogs, articles, or other media) (minimum criteria).
  • Attention to detail and high standard of accuracy, clarity, spelling and grammar, in line with our editorial guidelines.
  • Experience or strong curiosity in using generative AI tools to support writing and content production.
  • Basic understanding of search and content optimisation principles.
  • A motivated and curious content creator.
