What do the team do?

Our Front of House Administration team play a vital role in the experience a client receives when visiting a Price Bailey office. Their purpose is to provide a warm and professional welcome, as well as excellent customer service throughout the client's stay.

Being the first point of contact for visitors, you will be expected to present a professional and friendly attitude in order to demonstrate Price Bailey's high standards. The post-holder will be part of the Front of House team and will be expected to travel to other offices to cover holiday and illness across the Practice. As well as providing administrative assistance to the Finance and Facilities team.

 

What will I be doing?

As a Front of House / Administrator you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Greeting and attending to visitors according to agreed procedure and providing refreshments as required.
  • Ensuring that reception, the foyer, meeting rooms and common areas are tidy and well presented.
  • Heath and Safety inductions.
  • Setting up new clients and contacts, updates and processing lost clients on the database.
  • Providing ad hoc support, including drafting and formatting correspondence as directed, and other administrative duties as required.
  • Assisting with local facilities queries and visiting contractors.
  • Assisting on projects with the Facilities, Finance and Events team.

What experience do I need?

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

  • Front of House/Reception experience in a professional office environment, with excellent customer service skills and telephone manner (minimum requirement).
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills (minimum criteria).
  • Able to demonstrate reliability, discretion, confidentiality and flexibility.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Minimum of three GCSEs or equivalent including English Language and Mathematics.
